We undertake R.I.C.S. Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Reports and provide Valuations of residential and commercial properties for major lenders and private clients.

Our Chartered Building Surveyor specialises in Building Surveys, Construction Certification, appraisals of most types of commercial premises, and provides Planning advice.
Other Professional Services include Compulsory Purchase Compensation, Business Rates Appeals, Boundary Disputes, etc.

We fully intend to provide Home Inspection Reports which will become part of the HIPs legislation.
